By purchasing from Racketlon Sports, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Racketlon SA reserves the right to take legal action if these terms are violated.
Trading Name: Racketlon SA is a trading name of Racketlon South Africa, registered in the Republic of South Africa under the Close Corporations Act, 1984.
Ordering & Dispatch
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received and cleared.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for domestic delivery.
- Shipping delays can occur and are outside our control — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery
- Standard delivery: R160 flat fee nationwide
- Free delivery: On all orders over R4,000
- Same-day delivery: Available in Cape Town (conditions apply)
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Before returning anything, please contact us at [email protected] for confirmation and instructions.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original delivery costs are not refunded
- Delivery costs for exchanges will be advised on a case-by-case basis
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items are non-refundable
- Darts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- Rackets are not guaranteed (see Warranty below)
All returns are at the discretion of Racketlon SA. This policy is not to be abused.
Warranty
Due to the nature of racket sports, rackets are not covered under warranty for breakages, including frames and strings. This applies to all racket brands.
Darts and dart accessories are not exchangeable or refundable once purchased.
