Delivery Options
Option 1 — Collect In Store FREE
Choose this option if you’d like to collect from our Cape Town store, send your own courier, or if you’re placing an international order and need a delivery quote first.

Option 2 — Overnight / Next Day Delivery R160
The fastest option — delivered next working day to most areas. Order and pay by 2pm for same-day dispatch.
- No deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays
- Saturday delivery available to central areas only — additional R400 surcharge
- Not available to rural areas or off-delivery routes
- Items over 2kg may be sent via economy freight
- Items 5kg or more will be sent via road freight — a surcharge may apply
Our Courier Partners
We use Xtra Smile Couriers and The Courier Guy for all deliveries. Once your order is collected, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
Deliveries are attempted between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Address Tips
- If you won’t be home, provide an alternative address (office, family member) at checkout
- For work deliveries, include the business name in your address
- A team member may contact you to confirm delivery details if needed
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will make two attempts on consecutive working days. After each failed attempt, a card will be left with:
- Your consignment number
- Time of attempted delivery
- Contact number for the nearest courier depot
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel, or provide an alternative delivery address at checkout.
International Orders
For all orders outside South Africa — please do not pay until we confirm a delivery quote with you. Place your order first and we’ll get back to you with shipping costs. Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own courier collection from our Cape Town store.
