Returns Policy
Our returns window is 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns must come back to us at our Cape Town address below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items (where hygiene applies)
- Darts
- Socks
- Sprays, Liquids or Cleaners
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts — where this is not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

- Check your bank account — it may already be there
- Contact your credit card provider — posting can take a few days
- Contact your bank directly to check on processing
- If you’ve done all of the above and still nothing, email us and we’ll investigate
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gift Purchases
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item back.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Shipping costs are non-refundable — if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
