One80 ADTS Darts – Steel Tip Brass – Advanced Dart Training Solution – 10g. One80 has developed special training darts, the ADTS, with the aim of fine tuning a players’ mechanical throwing action and a more precise release of the darts. These training darts have been designed in 3 different weights to reflect the different stages in a players training regime. The lighter the dart barrel, the more precise the throwing action needs to be to enable a consistency of throw. The throwing action can be divided into 3 improvement areas: Timing of releasing the dart. Smooth and consistent acceleration. Reducing any addition body movements such as shoulder, elbow and head. By the player focusing their attention on the above 3 areas using these darts, their throwing action should improve, which should improve consistency when returning to the players match darts.
