Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment (please send pop) and are couriered via our preferred carrier with tracking and drop-off with signature.
Shipping costs: We have a few delivery options on check out.
(Orders over R4000 are delivered free. Does not include returns or exchanges)
Minimum orders are R160
1st option. Collect in Store, choose this option for collection only or if you will be sending your own courier or if is an international delivery and we need to quote delivery costs first. Collection will be in Salt River, Cape Town.
2nd option. R140, choose this if you are in a real hurry, this will be delivered next day/overnight. (*If not rural or off delivery routes). Also please note, items more than 2kg will be sent via economy or 5kg or greater with road freight. Should you need these larger/heavier parcels delivered then there will be a surcharge. If orders are placed and paid for by latest 2pm then we can dispatch same day for you to receive the next day - now that's fast. (No Saturday/Sunday deliveries). Please note Saturday deliveries are extra R350 on top of the R140 and only to central area, not regional.
TRACK YOUR ORDER ON THE COURIER WEBSITE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER (being XRAyourordernumber). COURIER WILL BE skynet.co.za , track on their website with order number.

OPENING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm and Saturday 9am till 1pm.
All of these options will be available for you to choose on checkout (Except PICUP select collect in store and use your own PICUP app to organize collection). Delivery time also dependent on stock levels however all our stock online will clearly show if in stock or not.
ALL international orders outside of SA, please make your order first, do not pay until we confirm a transport tariff with you, unless you will organize your own.
Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, please remember that you can specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name. You may be required to confirm these details and, if so, a member of the company will attempt to contact you by phone.
Unsuccessful deliveries: Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts at delivery on consecutive working days. After each unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest Courier depot.
